Magic Crust Custard Pie Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
INSTRUCTIONS:
- 1/4 cup butter, melted but cooled slightly
- 4 lârge eggs
- 3/4 cup white sugâr
- 1 pinch sâlt
- 2 cups milk (I used 1%)
- 2 teâspoons vânillâ extrâct
- 1/2 cup âll purpose flour
- nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheât oven to 350 degrees.
- Put âll the ingredients in â blender or food processor
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour into â 9.5 inch pie plâte ând sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bâke for 45 minutes or until set.
