Bean and Cheese Freezer Burritos

íngredíents

• 12 burríto sízed tortíllas
• 2 cans refríed beans
• 2 cans Rotel do not draín
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

ínstructíons

1. Míx beans, cheese and Rotel ín a medíum sauce pot over low heat untíl combíned and warmed. (íf you prefer a thícker fíllíng, you should draín the Rotel.)
2. Cut 12 píeces of foíl large enough to wrap burríto and lay them ín a stack.
3. Lay a tortílla on top of the foíl stack and add approx. 1/2 cup fíllíng to the center.
4. Fold tortílla ínto burríto and wrap wíth foíl.
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 untíl all fíllíng ís used.
6. Place burrítos ín labeled gallon freezer bags and freeze untíl ready to serve. Burrítos wíll last up to 3 months ín the freezer.
