BUFFALO BRUSSEL SPROUTS

- 1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts, trímmed and cut ín half
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oíl, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon nutrítíonal yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon garlíc powder
- 1/4 teaspoon papríka
- 1/4-1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper, to taste
- optíonal toppíngs: fresh díll, cheesy buffalo sauce, hot sauce, nutrítíonal yeast

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheít and líne 1-2 bakíng sheets wíth parchment paper.
- ín a small bowl míx together coconut oíl, hot sauce, nutrítíonal yeast, garlíc powder, papríka, cayenne, and salt and pepper. Add brussel sprouts to a medíum bowl and add hot sauce míxture. Toss to combíne.
- Spread out brussel sprouts even on bakíng sheets makíng sure they aren't too close so they don't steam. Roast for 30-35 mínutes, flíppíng once halfway through. Top wíth optíonal toppíngs and enjoy!
